Usage[]
To welcome a new user, add this to the user's talk page:

If you don't want to include the "Please sign in" part, use this syntax:
{{subst:welcome|anon=false}} ~~~~
To personalize the message, as in to thank for something else than "contributing to Wikihack!", use the following syntax:
{{subst:welcome|msg=creating those missing articles!}} ~~~~
